Do you send plants outside the UK?
Currently we do not send plants outside the UK, and unfortunately currently exclude Northern Ireland. We are trying to expand how far we can send plants.
Does my plant need any special treatment?
The most likely answer is, no. Your plant will most likely be better off being treated normally. At most some insecticide/pesticide every so often should be enough.
Do your plants come with a Plant Passport?
Yes. All our plants come with a UK plant passport. Either in the box or on the plant. These only cover sending plants within the UK and currently exclude Northern Ireland.
My order hasn't arrived/is damaged

My plant is just a twig
Most of the plants we sell go dormant in autumn and winter. We always try to pick out ones with notable buds and good root systems.
My plant has been cut back
For the health of our plants we regularly trim them so they don't get out of control. When sending they may be cut back further to avoid arriving even more damaged.
How much should I water my plant?
If it is still in the pot, only water when your plant seems dry. This will likely be daily in the summer. In the ground your plant will most likely be fine.
Are these plant animal/child safe?
We advise not letting your pets or children ingest these plants directly. They are however safe to touch.
Will this plant come back in stock?
You can set up an email alert to be notified when a plant is back in stock. Simply click on the item and follow the instructions
How does the discount work?
If you put 3 or more items in your cart the discount is automatically applied.
